TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby required to be and appear personally before me at the office aforesaid on Monday the 29th day of February at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to answer a charge made by George Douglas Rushton, Master of the said ship, for that you did continually wilfully disobey the lawful commands of the complainant on board the said ship since the 26th instant in Victoria Harbour.
GIVEN under my hand and seal on the date first above written.
